Check-raising is generally not suggested if the river card provides you a flush or a straight. The threat is that no one will bet or if bet, will not give your raise. It is better to bet and expect that the pot odds require that somebody call. Even though, in case of a small pot, it may possibly be wiser to check and hope someone will attempt a bluff, as if you bet, the pot might not be valued a call in online poker sites.

Omaha poker is a thrilling game derived from Texas Holdem. Every player is dealt four cards (”hole cards”) which go only to that poker player. Five community cards are dealt face-up on the “board”.
